HIKE TO VALENCIA PEAK

Montana de Oro State Park, south of Morro Bay, is a beloved resource in the community. Miles of trails wind throughout the mountainous terrain and on the cliffs edging the ocean. With Jay, Harvey, Dawn, Jeff, Judy and Dick, we hiked up Valencia Peak, elev. 1,347', at MdO.

The trail starts at the ocean and heads upward The peak is in view
