This is our third RV stay in Patagonia, a tiny, active town of some 800 folks. We keep coming back to this town for its people, birding, cycling, hiking, and overall feel.

PATAGONIA RV PARK

Daily sunset-viewing party with the Fines and Mays

With Nancy and Jack in front of their Barth motorhome Enjoyable evening with the Waldrons

Jack and Nancy, our snowbird friends from Michigan, are crazy for birds

Larry, a biker from Missouri, shows off his Russian motorcycle-with-sidecar

View of Mt. Hopkins and Mt. Wrightson from the RV park

CYCLING SONOITA VALLEY

Bob, Linda, Mark, and Maggie (sitting), from Verde Valley and Denver, weekended in Patagonia
and invited Geno for a mountain bike ride to Kentucky Camp

Gardner Canyon Road in Sonoita Valley with Mustang Mountains on horizon

IN TOWN

Nothing much has changed in Patagonia, happy to say

Cecelia San Miguel still owns and runs the Velvet Elvis

Cecelia is also the proprietor of La Mision de San Miguel, the local nightclub

We listened to a honky-tonk band and drank good margaritas here

Downtown is still low-key

Good coffee and Italian sodas at Gathering Grounds, our favorite hangout

The old-time places are still here, too

TREE OF LIFE

Dawn, Jeff, Judi and Patti enjoyed a raw-food brunch at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center

Lots of sprouts, seeds, vegies, and spices -- nothing is cooked above 110 degrees

Here's my brunch plate Dawn and Jeff liked the (uncooked) apple pie

Gotta work off those brunch calories (at least 200) at the labyrinth

The Mikvah purification bath

This post near the temple says in four languages: May Peace Prevail on Earth

PATAGONIA CEMETERY

A lovely setting for the local cemetery

Evidently, survivors can decorate gravesites in ways meaningful (only) to them

Rest in peace
